Ochil Villa is located in the small village of Freuchie, in the stunning farmland of North East Fife.
Our B&B has 2 bright and airy bedrooms: 1 very comfortable double room and 1 extremely spacious family room which can sleep two adults and one child. Both rooms have television and welcome trays. The guest rooms, including shower and breakfast rooms, are located on the ground floor. We have off-street parking to the rear of the property. Access from this parking area involves one door sill, but no steps or slopes.

We are walker friendly, offering a supply of maps, packed lunches and drying facilities. Dogs and their well behaved owners will appreciate the secure garden and hopefully enjoy the company of our two.
Our breakfasts make use of locally sourced quality ingredients, organic where possible, with enough variety for vegetarians and carnivores alike.

There are 46 golf courses within a 20 mile radius including St Andrews Old Course. National Trust properties, Fife's coastal path and the Lomond Hills are close by for those who enjoy the outdoors. Other attractions are Deep Sea World, Dabbs Equestrian Centre (3 miles) and Scottish Off Road Centre (7 miles).
