Clinton House is a comfortable and tastefully furnished house offering extremely attractive accommodation for
up to 11 people. There are exposed beams in the hall and in the lounge which has an Inglenook fireplace with wood burner, there is a large, attractive dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The conservatory can also be used dining or just relaxing and leads to the patio and mature gardens complete with garden furniture, lighting and a gas two-burner BBQ. The garden is well fenced and secluded having a grass tennis court and croquet, which is shared with the cottage.
Clinton Cottage is a pretty detached single storey cottage with its own secure and private garden and set in peaceful countryside overlooking open fields. This popular self-contained cottage sleeps 2/4 plus cot and is cosy and tastefully furnished as well as being very well equipped to a high standard.

Walks through woodlands, along disused railway lines and public footpaths the scope for dog walking is endless. A short drive takes your pet to the beautiful sandy beaches that this part of the North Norfolk Coast has to offer.

Bay Cottage and Oak Annex are situated in the hamlet of Colby Corner, ideal for visiting the Norfolk Broads and nearby coastline. The large ¾ acre garden and adjacent footpaths are perfect for children and dogs. The area offers excellent walking, cycling, fishing and the enchanting gardens of The Old Cottage, open to the public throughout the year. Cromer and Norwich within easy reach and there is a pub ¾ mile away and a shop 2 miles. Parking for 4 cars is available.
Bay Cottage sleeps 7 and The Annex 2+1, they can be rented separately or together to cater for parties of 9+1.
