A warm and friendly stay is guaranteed at the only Victorian, Gothic-themed guest house in Whitby and the
North York Moors. Whitby has long been associated as the town where Bram Stoker’s Count Dracula came to England
and holds a bi-annual Gothic Weekend festival. All four poster rooms, with t.v. sky freeview channels/video and d.v.ds,
tea and coffee making facilities, each room has its own private bathroom with bath.
A full english or vegetarian breakfast is served in the candlelit breakfast room.
The guest house is just a 5 minute walk from the town centre and there is free car and secure motorcycle parking available for guests. Whitby is dominated by the cliff-top ruins of the beautiful 13th Century Whitby Abbey and this traditional maritime town, with its old cobbled streets, picturesque houses and blue flag beach is a great place for a holiday or short break.
