This large, comfortable 16th century home is situated in the heart of the historic town of Ardres, close to Calais and within easy reach of the ferries and the Channel Tunnel. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, we are within walking distance of restaurants and bars in the town centre.
The well known lakes of Ardres and its popular brasseries is only 10 minutes walk away.

The house has 4 spacious double and twin bedrooms. We welcome dogs in the "Blue Room"
which has twin beds and access to a separate, private shower.
We have our own dogs and can advise you on local walks, and are also happy to arrange appointments with a local vet
for people travelling home with their pets. This is a lovely area for walking and cycling, and the Cote d'Opale beaches are just 20 minutes away.

Nestled quietly in the Livradois Forez National Park, in the Auvergne region of France sits an old Flour Mill complex called JeanLong, which will be transformed as the year progresses into 5 Luxury Apartments/Gites.

Each 2 bedroomed apartment/gite will have everything you would expect in a rental property
but in the style of a Hotel suite, thus enabling our guests to do their own thing without compromising on comfort.
The grounds of Jeanlong are walled, gated and offer complete privacy. They include a trout stream, a forest (naturally), plans for landscaped gardens, vegetable plots, a swimming pool and deck area for sunbathing.

La Maison Jaune is a charming cottage situated in a secluded, elevated position and with commanding views of the beautiful Périgord Vert countryside. It is located just off a small country road at the end of the village of
St Priest Les Fougeres, which is just 2.5kms from La Coquille on the main RN21 between Limoges and Perigueux.
The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its character with stone walls and wooden beams,
and is all on ground floor level. We have a private lake, which is suitable for swimming, boating, fishing, or just lazing around and over 15 acres of land which you are welcome to use, perfect for a dog!

The village is a friendly farming community with an excellent bakery/general store, bar, post office and garage
There is also a vet in the next village, who is fully conversant with the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS)
for pets returning to the UK.

Moulin Latour is a 3 bedroomed, 19th century mill house, situated in 7 acres of gently sloping land. The house is on the edge of the lively village of Sainte Alvère which has a bar, restaurant, baker, butcher and a supermarket, and is half way between Bergerac and Sarlat. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) a terrace and garden with private pool.

La Peyre is an 18th century cottage and barn that has been newly transformed into a longière. Situated in a small hamlet just 5 kms from the market town of Thiviers in Northern Dordogne. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin)
and its own garden with barbeque, overlooking open countryside.

Both characterful properties are very well equipped and furnished. Ideal for family holidays, fishing, cycling, walking and many sporting activities in this lovely part of France. The Dordogne region is one of the most beautiful and popular regions of France with Chateaux, beautiful medieval towns and villages, unspoilt countryside and prehistoric caves to visit.

Recently renovated, our delightful holiday cottages in the rolling Limousin countryside make an ideal base for couples.
We are four hours from Paris, an hour from Limoges and just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of Lac de Vassivière.
The larger of the two cottages is set on three floors and retains many original features, combining traditional French living with modern comfort. There is a south-west facing garden to the side and guests can also use a larger garden
two minutes from the cottage.
Just 50 metres away is our smaller cottage, which benefits from a large and secluded garden overlooking open fields.
The properties are ideal for renting together and are available all year round.

This beautiful region of France has lakes, streams, gently rolling valleys and forested mountains, offering the opportunity for local walks, both directly from the properties and further afield, in quiet and safe surroundings.

Swallows' Nest is an ancient home tucked away in the narrow streets at the heart of the village of Marseillan, and a few metres from the old market. It is a comfortable house which sleeps 4 in twin en-suite rooms, and is very well equipped
and tastefully modernised. There is also a large garage for our guests' use. Dogs are welcome in Swallows' Nest
The spacious Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a Maison de Maitre situated on a Grand Boulevard in Marseillan.
The apartment is within the residence of the owners, Mike & Patricia Worsam, but is entirely self- sufficient and self contained. The walled garden is shared with Mike & Patricia, two cats, and two friendly dogs. Well equipped and comfortable, and with the use of a garage this property is mid-way between the old village and the port.

The area has superb sandy beaches, canals and footpaths to explore, vineyards and two wildlife parks.

Our two old stone cottages and barn have been sympathetically renovated to retain many of the original features and are surrounded by gardens, meadows and woods, with no passing traffic. This is a peaceful, rural setting in the beautiful Dordogne countryside. The properties are very well furnished and equipped and each has its own patio, barbeque and garden furniture, and there is a shared solar-heated pool.

They are suitable to couples or are available together for larger groups.
Villamblard village is only 2 miles away, it has a weekly market and a selection of shops, and throughout the
Dordogne there are many picturesque and historic towns and villages to visit with Bergerac and Perigueux
within easy reach.

Large restored farmhouse situated in a private location in the beautiful Dordogne countryside,
just 2.5 km from the pretty town of Bussiere Badil. Comfortable house, which sleeps 9, has original beams
and a large wood burning stove and bedrooms located both on the ground and first floors.
There is a large garden and a pool with stunning views across the countryside.

The Bastide des Launes is a 400 year old Provencal country house situated in the scenic southern Drôme countryside on the edge of the picturesque village of Chamaret. The village is surrounded by sun drenched Provencal countryside including lavender fields, vineyards and truffle trees with magnificent views in all directions including one of Mont Ventoux.
Some of France's finest vineyards are within easy reach, and access to activities such a golf,
riding and walking are close by. The local village and shops are just a 3 minute stroll away.

The Bastide offers accommodation options from 2-4 person Gites to the Maison Principal (16 persons).
all beautifully furnished and fully equipped, with the use of a large pool.

La Rogerie is situated in a small hamlet, about half a mile from the village of Loré. The cottage which is constructed
in local stone with a tile roof provides accommodation for up to four people and a baby.
It is equipped to a high standard and comfortably furnished, and has two patio areas to the front and side
of the property equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbeque.
Sandy beaches can be found on the west coast of the Cherbourg peninsula and leisure lakes at
La Ferté Macé and Ceaucé. The Fôret des Andaines has many miles of well signposted footpaths.

Three charming holiday cottages close to Lannion, Cotes d'Armor, north Brittany coast.
We are only a short distance from the stunning coastal landscape of the Cote de Granit Rose,
and the beautiful Leguer valley. Available all year round for short breaks or longer stays.

We can accommodate couples, families, or larger groups of up to 12, with their pets.
One of our gites is single storey, the others have two - although the larger of these provides access for visitors
with reduced mobility on the ground floor.

Standing on the edge of two acres of rolling grounds, lies our 18th century Farmhouse, converted into three well appointed holiday homes, La Touche. Set midway between the market towns of Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne,

Les Charmes overlooks the village of Chateldon with its chateau and charming medieval centre. Set in a peaceful wooded garden the property opens onto a private terrace where there is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Le Pavillon is set in the grounds of the Chateau de Mariol. It has a spacious enclosed garden with furniture, a barbecue,
a paddling pool and a sandpit. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on each floor, that can be double or twin-bedded
according to our visitors' needs. There is a vet nearby who is fully conversant with the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS)
and we are happy to help with this if necessary.

Le Pavillion benefits from a large shared pool situated in the communal grounds of the chateau.

Ferme de Josephine is an old farm, completely renovated and full of character.
We are a small cosy chambre d'hotes in the south of the French Alpes, situated in the province Isére.
The small village Les Sables is an authentic mountain village, close to the village of Bourg de l'Oisans
which is the geographical capital of the l'Oisans. This is also the main entrance to the nature reserve
"Parc National Les ecrins"

where we can also serve breakfast and evening meal by request.

Le Bourg is a typical Bressane house on the edge of the village of Sens-sur-Seille in Burgundy.
A warm welcome awaits you in our home, where we have 4 en-suite rooms, each each decorated in it's own unique stye. We serve delicious breakfasts with bread from the local bakery and home made conserves, and can serve dinner using local produce and organic fruit and vegetables from our own gardens. The garden and shaded courtyard is available for you to use, and you can enjoy an aperitif before your meal while you relax and take in the beautiful countyside. We keep a large box of dog biscuits on a shelf in our kitchen to welcome dogs. We offer accompanied or unaccompanied wine tours in either the Burgundy wine area or the lesser known but fascinating Jura wine area.
